Minnesota Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and MinnesotaCare no longer cover chiropractic care for adults aged 21 and older starting January 1, 2026, due to a decision by the Minnesota Legislature to balance the state's budget. How Insurance Works for Chiropractic Care

Many insurance plans cover chiropractic care when treatment is medically necessary. Coverage can vary depending on your plan, deductible, and visit limits.

Our team will verify your benefits and explain any costs before treatment begins.

Insurance Verification

We verify chiropractic insurance benefits for patients in Saint Paul before their first visit.

What If I Don't Have Insurance?

If you do not have insurance, we offer affordable self-pay options and wellness care plans designed to make treatment accessible.

Auto Accident & Personal Injury

If you were involved in a car accident, chiropractic care is often covered through auto insurance claims. Our office regularly works with patients recovering from whiplash and other accident-related injuries.

Work-related injuries can be challenging. We accept both union and non-union workers’ compensation claims and will manage the necessary paperwork and billing with your employer’s workers’ compensation insurance.

Flexible Payment Options

We also accept:

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
