Matt has spent over two decades helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and develop stronger, more resilient bodies. His experience includes working with a wide range of clients, from infants to Olympic-level athletes.

With over 30,000 clients treated and more than 35,000 hours of clinical experience, Matt brings a deep understanding of human movement, soft tissue treatment, and functional training.

His background includes work in massage therapy, personal training, and movement education, allowing him to take a multidisciplinary approach to helping clients recover and perform at their best.
